TELRAD

  • Time Setting - For Telrad Digital

    The following must be done at the time setting station only!

     

     1> Press (FEAT) – or FEATURE on Avanti Stations

     2> Press (PROGRAM) which is also Spd Dial

     3> Press (TIME) or the clock icon on Avanti Stations (or FEATURE 82)

     4> Dial the hour using the 24 hour format (01 – 24)

     5> Dial the minutes (00 – 59)

     6> Dial the date (01 – 31)

     7> Dial the month (01 – 12)

     8> Dial the year (01)

     9> Press (SAVE)/(REPEAT) or the check mark on Avanti Stations

     

    Note: If done from other than an executive display telephone, and there is no (TIME) button press FEAT 82 (the feature code for time) If there is no SAVE/REPEAT button dial FEAT 77.

     

    If this didn’t work at least one of the following is wrong:

     

    A.   It was done from other then the time setting station

    B.    Ten (10) digits weren’t dialed (2 digits each for each of 5 categories)

    C.   Digits outside of limits were put into one or more of the categories.

    Try Starting with PROGRAM rather than FEAT

 

  • Time Setting - for Telrad Analog

   1.   Press [Spkr]

   2.   Press #

   3.   Press [Time]

   4.   Enter the Month (2 digits)

   5.   Enter the day (2 digits)

   6.   Enter the time in military time or 24 hour format (4 digits)

   7.   Press [Time] or [Save Rpt]

   8.   Press [Spkr]

NEC Aspire and Aspire S

This process will set the time in the display of your telephones and in the voicemail system.  Use caution because the time affects how your system routes calls and handles other features.

  1. Press SPK
  2. Dial 828
  3. Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour clock, 13 = 1:00 PM)
  4. Dial two digits for the minutes (00-59)
  5. Press SPK to hang up

Note: Beginning in 2007 the daylight saving time schedule has changed; consequently your telephone system may automatically adjust the time on the wrong date. If your system has this problem please call MCC to schedule a service call.

NEC i-Series

1.    Press Call 1 Button

2.    Dial 828

3.    Dial 2 Digits for the year (e.g. 05)

4.    Dial 2 Digits for the Month (e.g.10)

5.    Dial 2 Digits for the Day (e.g. 31)

6.    Dial 1 Digit for the Day of The Week (e.g. 0=Sunday, 6=Saturday)

7.    Dial 2 Digits for the Hour using 24 Hour Format

8.    Dial 2 Digits for the Minutes (e.g. 00 – 60)

9.    You will now hear confirmation beeps

Press Spk to hang up.
